About this opportunity :
The incumbent is responsible for providing a broad range of financial analyses used in the development of the University's overall budget, focusing primarily ancillary fee revenue.
Duties :
- Managing the first round of submissions of ancillary fee schedules for the 2025-26 cycle.
- Managing correspondence between all the divisions and our office in relation to the files.
- Reaching out to divisions regarding questions related to ancillary fees.
- Reviewing all the schedules line by line for planning assumptions.
- Flagging new fees, changes to fees, outsized fee increases for further review.
- Organizing the files in a set directory for record keeping.
Qualifications : Education :
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills :
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office : Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Familiarity with modeling and analysis in excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
