Associate Lawyer

Our client's firm is expanding! With over 10 offices across Alberta and Saskatchewan , our client is excited to establish a brand-new office in Calgary and are seeking an experienced Associate Lawyer to be part of this exciting new chapter.

Qualifications and Competencies :

• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, including general litigation, family law and divorce, construction litigation, estates litigation, and corporate commercial litigation.
• Ability to bring a book of business or demonstrate a strong potential for client development.
• Law degree from an accredited Canadian law school (or equivalent) and membership in good standing with a provincial law society.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly motivated self-starter.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Experience handling all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial.
