Restaurant Manager
Salary : $55,000- $60,000
Location : Toronto, ON
My client is a quickly growing, fun and trendy restaurant with locations across Canada. They are looking for Front of House Managers to join their team for their high volume downtown location.

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations
- Managing and training front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts / hostesses, and bartenders, to deliver impeccable service and uphold the restaurant's brand image
- Implementing and enforcing restaurant policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe and sanitary environment for guests and staff
- Assisting with scheduling, payroll, and budgeting processes to ensure efficient staffing levels and financial performance
Ideal Assistant General Manager :
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience from full service restaurants
- You are a well-rounded and motivated restaurant professional who thrives in performance-driven environments
- You must be able to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment, all while holding a positive, charismatic attitude
- You will have experience with labour budgets, writing schedules, and you must be able to develop, mentor, and supervise large teams
