We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent wine and beverage service
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure quality of food and service for all guests
- Train and manage front of the house staff
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Keep track of inventory and order as needed
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Knowledge of sake and bartending is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
