Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Documents preparation : follow the information provided by client and response quickly
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records, update databases, and ensure confidentiality of client information.
  • Day-to-day Client Communication : Serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage emails and phone calls professionally.

Key Qualifications :

  • Proficient with calculation and math.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities and solve problems
  • Experience creating and formatting documents, reports, charts and spreadsheets
