Program Manager - Full Time - Remote (Proposal Management experience is a must)

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Execution & Delivery : Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring all client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
  • Proposal Management : Lead the proposal development process by coordinating requirements, reviewing and submitting proposals, and aligning with client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring high satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Staff Augmentation Management : Oversee staff augmentation, negotiate terms, and ensure consultants are placed and retained at client.
  • Vendor and Freelancer Coordination : Oversee vendor relationships to align resources, manager freelancer / independent consultants, negotiate terms, and ensure that all program elements are effectively supported.
  • Financial Management : Oversee billing and invoicing, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance and accuracy throughout each program.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the operations team, facilitating collaboration and ensuring effective resource allocation and performance across programs.

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum of 7 years in program or project management, with a focus on client relations, budget management, and cross-functional coordination, preferably within IT consulting, software, or similar fields.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification or an MBA is a plus.
  • Skills :
  • Proven leadership with experience managing complex programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills for managing client and vendor relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Smartsheets).
  • Financial skills, including budget management, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with scheduling and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets).
  • Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
