Key responsibilities :
Build and maintain effective relationships withcustomers and internal / external suppliers by resolving serviceissues and acting as an ambassador for both Pareto and the CustomerProperty & Facilities Team.
Guest checkin and creating all guest / contractorpasses
Support WSM in managing and prioritiseworkloads within the team to ensure achievement of servicestandards.
Maintain OfficeSecurity
Meeting and greetingclients
Daily meeting room bookingservices
Liase with EAs to ensure each meetingrequirements are met
Supporting internal eventsincluding set up and derig
Arrangingcouriers
Action adhoc guest and employeerequests
Support with meeting room set up anddaily room checks
Managing stationarystock
Creating passes for new starters managingvisitors and contractor passes process
Keepingthe reception area tidy
Sorting and distributingpost
Maintaining front door security andreporting any suspicious activity
Must beprepared to fill the gaps and step into any of the facilities rolesin times of constrained resource.

Experience and knowledge :
Excellent communication coachingand feedback skills.
Experience in a fastpacedenvironment
Proven experience in a customerservice environment.
PC literate and competent inall relevant MS applications i.e. Word Excel andPowerPoint
