Description du poste
À titre d'adjointe administrative au sein de notre service des ressources humaines, vous assisterez quatre professionnelles en effectuant des tâches de secrétariat et de bureautique nécessitant des connaissances spécifiques au service.
Vous préparerez notamment des courriers et des documents sur divers systèmes informatiques, gérerez le courrier, rédigerez de la correspondance et tiendrez des dossiers à jour.
Profil recherché
- Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) en secrétariat
- Parle couramment l'anglais et le français
- Connaissance avancée de Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel et Word
