About this role
We are recruiting for a Corporate Administrative Assistant, Temporary 8-months to join our Burnaby office. Here's how your role will strengthen our team.
This position is responsible for providing a variety of interesting administrative and clerical services such as collecting data from project managers, data entry, running reports, checking reports in ERP and Project Management systems, to assist with ensuring effective and efficient operations.
Your responsibilities
- Perform Administrative duties for the Corporate services and office staff
- Enter data, generate and distribute routine reports (Field Status Reports, Job Status Reports, and Market Recovery Reports)
- Act as a resource to other Corporate Administrators and Project Managers for the reporting of projects
- Manage user access permission and roles within construction project management platform - Procore, including adding new users, removing inactive accounts, and ensuring appropriate access levels for different team members
- Create and enter project detail files in ERP system (JDE)
- Confirm successful syncing of information between ERP system and Project Management System (Procore)
- Enter change order data from spreadsheet to ERP system
- Other administrative duties including printer support, filing, ordering supplies, and reception break coverage
Your experience and skills
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of clerical office administrative experience
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 1-2 years' experience using Adobe Acrobat
- Experience using ERP systems, an asset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build successful working relationships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Flexible and able to multi-task in a changing, fast-paced environment

Salary range : $45,000-$55,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered.
