Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Engineerto join our Eastern Region Manufacturing Admin Area. Your primaryrole will be to provide the technical evaluation and assessment ofrotating equipment including all the relevant auxiliary systemsacross our refineries NGLF and petrochemical plants.

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to the operationteam during the entire lifecycle of the rotating equipmentanalyzing their performances operative conditions and boundaries inorder to guarantee reliable and safe operations.
• Troubleshoot rotating equipment failures &performance.
• Utilize knowledge and familiaritywith the international standards in order to improve the equipmentperformance.
• Implement bestinclass solutionspertaining to the rotating equipment as foreseen by internationalstandards and other internal company standards.
• Lead efficiency improvement initiatives upgradingprograms & projects in the field of rotatingequipment.
• Provide technical solutionswhenever the machines experience failures utilizing soundmaintenance strategies to analyze address and rectify the rootcauses in order to prevent reoccurrences.
• Propose changes in operating modes or technologicalimprovement or maintenance strategies implementation in order tosupport the company vision of continuous improvement throughoutcollaboration and people conversation.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• You must hold aBachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized andapproved program. An advanced degree is preferred.
• You should have a minimum of 10 years of total NGL / LPGprocess units experience (process engineering and operations) withat least 10 years experience in handling gas processing and NGLFractionation.
• Exposure to different licensortechnologies for gas processing and NGL Fractionation is a plus aswell as familiarity with Honeywell UOP and Shell licensed units ispreferred.
• Certified PHA / HAZOPleader.
• You must be able to carry out processsimulation using Aspen software package.
