Responsibilities :
- Set up, manage, and maintain project activities throughout the project life cycle
- Maintain accountability for project budget, costs, timelines, and ensure accurate monthly forecasts
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, designers, site superintendents, subtrades, and other stakeholders
- Organize project teams into effective workgroups
- Guide teams to produce deliverables according to specifications
Requirements :
- Over 5 years of experience in a project role with a mid-size to large general contractor
- Hold a degree / diploma in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate project teams from start to finish
- Flexible with occasional travel to project sites
