As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations Manager to help us streamline our processes and enhance our productivity.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive the company’s efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
You will play a key role in ensuring that our projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Pretty Good Painting, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating with team members to allocate resources effectively.
Monitor job performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Input and track data and prepare reports for management to drive strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in operations management, ideally in the construction or painting industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
Proficient in project management software and Google suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
What We Offer :
Competitive salary ($60k - $90k depending on experience) and performance-based bonuses.
