The Ideal Candidate
- Experience : 7 10 years in construction estimation, specifically with industrial / institutional new-build projects; candidates with at least 5 years of experience may be considered.
- Education : A background in architecture, engineering, or construction management is an asset.
- Industrial / Institutional Expertise : Proven experience in estimating Industrial / Institutional construction projects is essential.
- Flexibility : Willingness to travel within the Greater Montreal Area; travel-related expenses are covered by the company.

Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for industrial and institutional construction projects.
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope, pricing, and required resources.
- Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure estimates meet project goals and budgets.
- Prepare estimates for both new builds and existing structure modifications.
- Manage and update cost databases to ensure consistent and competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver winning bids on large-scale industrial projects.
Compensation
This role offers a competitive salary between $80K and $110K, depending on experience.
