They provide comprehensive ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) capabilities tailored to meet the unique needs of manufacturers in this sector.

With A+W’s manufacturing software, the entire business process becomes transparent and almost paperless. It integrates administration and production seamlessly, mapping quotation creation, order entry, and production to delivery.

As we scale Cantor and Clarity operations in North America, we are seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join our Services team.

Reporting to the COO North America, you will be responsible for implementing our software solutions and addressing their product and service inquiries.

You will play a critical role in managing everything from presales and business needs analysis to configuration and post-implementation support.

This is a remote position that requires 25-50% business travel across North America. Who you are You are an experienced consultant or technical project team member with outstanding relationship-building skills.

You are passionate about connecting people with technology to enhance efficiency and productivity. You have experience with system implementations and integrations, whether from the provider or client side, in a manufacturing and production environment.

As our new Professional Services Consultant, you will : Lead ERP implementations. You will lead the implementation of our ERP Solution, working with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

You will install and test customized solutions, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and offer ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and optimal use of technology solutions.

Support the sales process. You will join meetings as part of the presales process, leading product demos and technology solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices and provide guidance on the implementation and go-live process.

Collaborate. You will meet with clients to collect data and other information required to customize software systems. You will communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the software customization and implementation process to obtain feedback and approval.

Share knowledge. You will provide customer guidance, recommendations, and solutions throughout the entire implementation process.

You will share proven process flows and best practices to assist them in meeting their business needs. Foster client engagement.

You will build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored advice on optimizing their manufacturing processes.

What you bring to the table : The experience. You are an experienced professional services or technology consultant with direct knowledge of software implementations and system integration from the product or client side.

You know how to analyze business needs and balance deliverables for multiple projects consecutively. You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create documentation, make presentations, and facilitate training, including translating technical details for non-technical audiences.

The industry knowledge. You have worked on technical projects in a production or manufacturing environment. Ideally, you have worked in the Fenestration or Flat Glass industry.

The interpersonal skills. You maintain a positive, upbeat attitude and genuine interest in solving complex problems. You can foster collaborative relationships across internal and external teams.

You can build trust and influence with and without authority. You can confidently travel nationwide or internationally to work onsite alongside client teams.

The technical skills. You have expertise in configuring and supporting ERP, PPA, or MRP systems. You are highly proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel, and databases such as MS SQL.

You have experience diagnosing and resolving application errors via remote tools such as TeamViewer and following the troubleshooting process from start to finish, closing the loop with clients or internal teams.

You have basic networking and hardware knowledge of PCs, servers and scanners. The flexibility. You are comfortable working outside of business hours in your geographic area to accommodate colleagues and clients in other time zones.

You understand the demands of software implementation deadlines and go-lives. You are willing and able to travel 25-50% of the time.
