We are seeking a Senior Manager, Change Performance Management to join the central Transformation team at Aviva Canada. In this role, you will use the enterprise-wide data set is to collect and consolidate all key information and data to create insights into the current and future status of the Change Portfolio.
This role will also help drive strategic planning and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

What you’ll do :
As a Senior Manager, Change Performance Management in Aviva Canada, you will have the following responsibilities :
Analyze and interpret data to generate insights of Portfolio performance e.g. identify trends, risks, opportunities etc with recommendation on courses of action
Develop and maintain dashboards and executive reporting tools to communicate portfolio performance to partners
Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and drive improvements in portfolio performance
Facilitate strategic planning sessions to align the Change Portfolio with organizational goals and objectives
Consolidation of data from various sources to provide a comprehensive view of the Change Portfolio's status. Drive up Data quality and automation of data flows to improve speed and robustness of data sources
Collaborate with project managers and other partners to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting
Monitor and report on the progress of pivotal initiatives and projects within the portfolio
Ensure the Change Portfolio is managed in accordance with best practices and governance frameworks
What you’ll bring :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to partners
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
Knowledge of portfolio management frameworks and methodologies
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with partners
Strong critical thinking and planning skills to support organizational objectives
Project management skills to supervise and drive the performance management processes
