Responsibilities
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and develop programs to gain new customers.
- Collect, analyze customer feedback and through analytical skills analyze those performance metrics, identify trends and implement data driven decisions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Implement strategies to upsell products to customers
- Work closely with the customer service team to make sure all customer issues are addressed
- Develop and execute inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize excess inventory and avoid stockouts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in logistics and operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving operational goals and objectives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and drive results.
