Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of various SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth functionality and availability.
- Provide application support, issue resolution and root cause analysis for incidents related to the various SuccessFactors modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions to optimize the SF processes and functionality.
- Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors according to business requirements and best practices.
- Assist our clients in administration of HR Processes via SuccessFactors, for example administration of Annual Compensation, Performance, and Talent Management Processes, and administration of Learning assignments, scheduling and completions.
- Conduct regular system maintenance activities such as patching, upgrades, collaborating with vendor support team to troubleshoot issues
- Work with clients and colleagues to assess impact and recommend design changes to SuccessFactors solutions to accommodate SF upgrades and client driven enhancements.
- Implement enhancements and new features within various SuccessFactors modules, including integrations with other HR systems.
- Work with clients, vendors and team mates to gather requirements, develop & maintain specification / design documentation for system configuration, interfaces, reports, conversions, security roles, processes, SDLC documentation and user guides.
- Develop & maintain test scenarios and scripts
- Execute test scenarios and document results
- Troubleshoot and remedy application config and data defects
- Schedule and monitor Interfaces
- Design, build, test, deploy, schedule and execute HR reports
- Assist our clients and project teams implementing SuccessFactors solutions, greenfield (new implementations) and brownfield (extending live SF solutions with new processes / capabilities / modules).
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and support teams as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, staying updated on product releases, new features, and industry best practices.
- Participate in project planning, change management, and implementation activities for upgrades, enhancements and changes.
- Knowledge on SSO integration, IAS / IPS, VLS Configuration.
- Proficient in SuccessFactors import tools, methodology and best practices for mass changes and data uploads
- Perform mass changes to Employee data, and to Job, Compensation, and Organizational architecture data
Here's what you need :
- Minimum 1 year of HR transformation, technical support or HR process / technology consulting experience, or 5 years of equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of SuccessFactors experience in any of the following areas :
- Onboarding 2.0
- Recruiting Management & Marketing
- Compensation & Variable Pay
- Performance & Goals Management
- Learning Management
- Talent Management (Succession Planning and Career Development Planning)
- Employee Central
- Employee Central Payroll or SAP on-prem Payroll
- SuccessFactors Data conversion experience
- HR Integration Experience (Functional Design and / or Integration / Tech Lead experience)
- A Bachelor's Degree
- This role is in our Local ATC (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week
- English is required for this position as this role will have significant interaction with multi-national teams and clients hence English is the common language across our Global Enterprise.

- Fluency in French and English
- You've got external consulting experience
- You know how SAP's business development process works, and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
- You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, understand Agile, iterative and SDLC Methodologies and configure the solution and tools
- You're great at working creatively and collaboratively in a problem-solving environment
