Job Information
Pay Range : $36,000-$42,000 plus commissions
Location : Kelowna, Powick
Status : Full-Time, Permanent
Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Client Advisor, Auto Insurance to work out of our Kelowna Access Road office. We require a conscientious team player with the desire and ability to provide exceptional client service.
Previous sales experience will be an asset as you will be working autonomously in a fast paced environment. The schedule for this role is made up of four 9 hour shifts per week.
The successful candidate must be available to work on Saturdays.
You will use your expertise to :
- Provide auto and other types of insurance to clients at the various local dealerships which includes driving from location to location
- Maintaining and building dealership relationships
- Recommend and implement clients' insurance coverages, premiums and methods of payment
- Provide information on varying insurance policies, including risk coverages, limitations and other features
- Work with clients to manage and reduce their risk
- Respond to emergencies and assist clients with their claims
- Processing Transactions in EPIC, ICBC system, autolink and private insurers web portals
- Others duties and tasks as assigned by team leader

- Adhere to the Insurance Council of BC Code of Conduct
- A Level 1 Insurance License with the requirement to successfully obtain a Level 2 license within 6 months
- Must have a valid driver’s license - Local travel is required between dealerships.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with ICBC and private insurance coverages
