The Continuing Education Department of Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR to teach the course of 360 VIDEOS - DIMENSIONAL VIDEO & AUDIO CAPTURE (589-101-LA)
This course provides students with an introduction and ample practice in video and audio capture for 360º immersive video and VR / AR productions.
Using a project-based approach, students will learn to set up 360º camera arrays, consider points of view and dead angles, stitch and produce finished videos as well as adequately record, master and edit binaural sound recordings and productions.
Students will be tasked with the production of a short 360º video that will be presented / experienced and assessed by their peers.
Required Qualifications : Must have a thorough knowledge of virtual, augmented and mixed reality technologies, including 360 degree videos.
Should have a master's degree in film studies with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the development and deployment of 360 degree experiences, simulations and tools
or a bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years' experience in the development and deployment of 360 degree experiences, simulations and tools.
Experience teaching an adult clientele in a similar program is an asset.
