We are excited topartner with KNDS Canada on theirimmediate search for an Equipment SupportManager .
TheESM will be responsible for overseeing the daily interactions withthe customer in relations of fleet support.In this role They workclosely with the Program Manager and RMC Manager to meet LTSS andcustomer quality expectations.
The position will drive continuousimprovement and optimization of all processes within the contract.The ESM will drive a performancebased culture that aligns with theneeds of our customers.
They are involved in the regularcoordination with the corresponding PoCs of the customer as well asthe internal reporting in all technicalareas.
Keyresponsibilities :
Plan organize direct and run optimum daytoday operations to exceedour internal and external customersexpectations.
Conduct structure auditsregularly.
Increasefleet availability while minimizing unnecessary costs andmaintaining current qualitystandards.
Overseeand coordinate configuration and obsolescence managementtasks.
Act as aninterface between the operational business and the KNDS systemengineeringdivision
Allocateresources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimalresults.
Implementstrategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide aclear sense of direction and focus with clear actions that driveresults.
Recommendimplement and evaluate policies procedures and standards for allaspects of the workperformed.
Reporton key performanceregularly.
Drivesignificant cost reductions across all aspects of the LTSScontract.
