Our client, located in Fraser Valley, is looking for a Conveyancer to join their team. This particular role calls for an individual who is keen to broaden their knowledge and experience base.
The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to :
- Drafting and maintenance of documents related to conveyancing including purchases, sales and refinancing
- Liaise and assist clients as well as lawyers and brokerages
- Performing corporate searches, LTO searches, conflict searches, and due diligence searches
The ideal candidate will have :
- A minimum of five years experience in Conveyancing, ideally with some experience in commercial real estate
- Completion of a LAA or Paralegal program from an accredited institution
- Effective communication skills interpersonal, verbal and written
- Strong computer skills
- Confident and dependable strong initiative and ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently
Salary : $75,000 $95,000 per year dependent on experience.
