What does a Retail Security Guard in Vancouver do?
Facilitate access to restricted areas for authorized persons
Patrol the site on foot and by car
Monitor closed circuit cameras
Coordinate response to incidents
Respond to telephone calls received by the security department
Qualifications to become a Retail Security Guard in Vancouver?
A valid security guard license and first aid certificate
A Valid Advanced Training Certificate
Experience in dealing with Shoplifting, Vandalism, CCTV, incident report writing, following up with Law Enforcement in dealing with the incident
Available to work flexible hours
Have a clear criminal background
Be eligible to work in Canada
