Reporting to the Director, Growth Channels, Test Markets & New Product Introduction for Tim Hortons Canada, this position is responsible for leading new product launches in food and beverage categories.
This position liaises with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Quality Assurance to support Tim Hortons business priorities.
- Bring new products to life by project managing all facets of research, product development and commercialization
- Coordinate cross functionally to ensure successful national and test market program launches
- Lead projects to improve restaurant go-to market initiatives & profitability
- Ensure VP and LT level visibility and alignment across all test and national initiatives through the Tim Gate process
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of previous work experience in project management, coordination
- Previous experience within QSR or retail companies or in marketing is an advantage
- Bachelor degree, preferably from business, engineering or marketing
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to direct and influence others at all levels
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
