Responsibilities
As a service technician in the heavy machinery industry, your duties will be :
- Repair electric sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Repair propane and gas forklifts
- Fill out purchase orders and do the billing
- Work independently
- Provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications
As a service technician in the heavy machinery industry,your qualifications must be :
- Heavy duty mechanical degree or
- Experience as maintenance technicians in forklifts maintenance or other heavy-duty machinery
- 5 years experience in mechanical maintenance
- Experience as a service technician or customer service experience (an asset)
