Intermediate Project Manager
Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our staffing practice has an opening for a Intermediate Program Manager, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget to place at our client, a top Canadian Bank
Client : A top Canadian Bank
Terms : Contract 12 month
Location : Hybrid- 1 day a week downtown,
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Utilize project management methodologies to drive projects forward, meeting or exceeding established timelines and milestones.
Tool Proficiency :
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proficient in using ServiceNow for tracking and managing project activities.
Communication and Reporting :
- Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Effectively communicate project updates, issues, and resolutions to the project team and key stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Utilize Excel and other reporting tools to create dashboards for project performance tracking.
- Extract and analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the field of Containers as a Service.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have :
- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Platform as a Service (PaaS).
- Experience with QA processes and methodologies.
