Who We Are Looking For :

GHD Digital is growing and looking for an Automation Solutions Lead to manage digital process transformation and automation projects in the US and Canada.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital automation and system integration, technology project delivery, and strong pre-sales skills and a background in management consulting.

What You Will Do :

• Collaborate closely with GHD clients to understand their specific use cases and lead pre-sales activities by offering digital expertise.
• Provide a deep level of technical (in-house / third-party) product knowledge and skillfully advise on product-related questions during the sales cycle.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and precision, while also adeptly translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Lead the development of rapid technology prototypes, scale-ups, and business cases to deliver next-level client business efficiency, resilience, and sustainability outcomes.
• Lead demos / presentations, and RFI / RFP Responses and develop case studies for successful technology implementations.
• Develop / Manage Intelligent Automation Products and service offerings by combining strong Business Process Analysis skills complemented with advanced digitalization skills.
• Assist in the preparation of project work plans and budgets with respect to architecture and design.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals and foster an innovative work environment focused on digital technology.
• Ensure artefacts produced are fit for purpose, adhere to the architecture standards, and facilitate governance approvals (such as the Architecture Review Board)

What You Will Bring to the Team :

• Extensive experience in Enterprise architectures, Automation, and integration products, iPaaS offerings and related architecture acumen
• Strong understanding of convergence across IT infrastructure, cloud enablement, process automation, APIs, Micro-services, and process re-engineering.
• Strong experience in Technology requirement analysis and elaboration, risk management, practice development and competency building, handling multiple teams to deliver projects.
• Degree qualification in IT or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of experience delivering IT solutions as solution architect.
• Deep experience in technology project management including project management tool / s
• Strong understanding of automation and integration technologies, solutions and underlying IT components and services
• Ability to engage and develop trusted relationships with senior client leaders.
• Experience with AI / Machine Learning driven intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience and knowledge of large-scale transformation initiatives

What Will Give You an Edge :

• Management / IT consulting experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Science, Mathematics or Information / Computer Science related field
• Fair understanding of one or more of the asset-intensive industries such as Water, Utilities, Transport, Mining and construction
• Strong track record of leading large-scale projects and consulting pursuits
• Familiarity with Opensource GenAI tools
• Experience in facilitating design thinking sessions
• Familiarity with data and technology governance
• Relevant technology and industry certification (., TOGAF, PMP, CSM Certified)
• Exposure to Integration and automation tools such as Workato and MS Power Apps
• 5 to 8 Years of experience in any of the programming languages (preferably JavaScript, Python, .NET, VB)
