We are currently looking for an Executive / Personal Assistant for one of our clients in downtown Montreal.

Responsibilities
- Support Executive Chairman & Family
- Managing calendars and travel arrangements
- Preparing expense reports and personal medical claims
- Act as first point of contact to the Executive Chairman
- Field / screen calls and correspondence
- Managing schedules for Executive Chairman and family
- Organize meetings and appointments
- Assist in organizing fundraising events, private parties, and executive retreats
- Manage databases and filing systems
- Liaise with corporate staff, estate manager and domestic staff
- Organize children’s activities calendar, doctor’s appointments etc
Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years experience as Executive / Personal Assistant
- Adaptable and a quick learner
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills
- An ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to navigate with minimal guidance at times
- Ability to treat confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Possess tact and diplomacy
- Excellent communication skills spoken and written in both French and English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office / Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
