Email Marketing Campaign Manager Job Description
Coordination of the end-to-end campaign production process ensuring that deadlines are met and email / adserve messages are deployed to market error-free
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
Be a subject matter expert on channel best practices including optimization tactics and expert knowledge of CASL & CAN-SPAM regulations
Reporting and analysis / evaluation of email campaign results through
Google Analytics
Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards with respect to email development and online marketing and be able to research, recommend, and apply / roll out new technologies as they, emerge
Email Marketing Campaign Manager Mandatory Skills
3+ years of managing email marketing experience, preferably in the financial or retail industry
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Marketing Specialist certification is preferred
2+ years’ experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, developing both simple and complex journeys via Journey Builder
Other mass email tools like Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot
Excellent knowledge of email campaign performance metrics
Knowledge of email privacy laws, CASL (Anti-Spam Legislation) and CAN-SPAM is required
Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to prioritize while under pressure
English should be fluent
Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
