Role Overview :
We’re seeking a mid-to-senior-level Financial / Investment Analyst with a real estate background, ideally in mixed-use or residential portfolio management.
The analyst will assess investment opportunities, conduct market research, and support strategic financial planning for ongoing and future projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.
- Evaluate real estate assets, focusing on mixed-use and residential projects.
- Analyze market trends and project financial forecasts to inform investment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on due diligence, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
- Prepare and present reports for stakeholders, detailing project performance and projections.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; CFA or related certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate financial analysis, with a focus on mixed-use or residential properties.
- Strong financial modeling skills and familiarity with investment evaluation techniques.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
