What You Can Expect from the Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Unpack and test safety products, including weighing and repackaging equipment.
• Inspect first aid kits to confirm all items are up-to-date and functional.
• Attend and complete assigned MES deployments / exchanges to meet established targets.
• Provide suggestions for enhancing products and processes.
• Complete assigned daily tasks to meet productivity goals.
• Document and report inspection and test results, then submit them to the admin team for processing.

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have

Essential Criteria

• Experience in mechanical, maintenance, or electrical roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Valid BC Driver’s License and government-issued passport.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong commitment to meeting work schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
• Capability to obtain a government-controlled Port Pass and meet Marine Transportation Security Clearance (MTSC) requirements.
• Flexibility to work weekends when required (., when cruise ships or ferries are in port).
• Availability to work overtime as necessary to meet service, maintenance, or repair deadlines.
