Whatyou will bedoing :
- Consistentlyoffering thoughtful professional and proactive guestservice
- Ensuring service essentials quality andservice standards are met throughout the guest experience fromarrival to departure
- Setting up mise en placeside stations tables and table settings according tostandards
- Supporting colleagues during serviceto ensure a consistent guest experience throughout restaurantincluding running food refreshing beverages cleaning and resettingtables
- Setting furniture and dining room in aconsistent clean and inviting way
- Having fullknowledge of beverage lists and promotions menu items andpreparation methods
- Assisting guests with menuitems in an informative engaging and helpfulway
- Handling guest concerns swiftly andgraciously offering a remarkable recovery and a commitment toalways improve
- Being aware of guests dietaryrestrictions and allergies and ensuring proper communicationbetween team
- Offering personalized and elevatedservice in Private Dining Room whenscheduled

Qualifications :
Yourexperience and skillsinclude :
- Servicefocused personality is essentially with at least one yearexperience in a highvolume upscale restaurantrequired
- Previous experience in a luxury hotelenvironment preferred
- Ability to focusattention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
- Strong communication interpersonal andproblemsolving skills
- Proven ability tomultitask and manage multiple priorities atonce
- Ability to work well under pressure in afast paced environment
- Ability to workcohesively and collaboratively as part of ateam
- Highly responsible and reliable withimpeccable grooming andprofessionalism
- Knowledge of wine spirits beercocktails and specialty coffees
- Valid ServingIt Right Certification
- Ability to workfluctuating schedule including weekends holidays evenings androtating shifts
- Ability to speak and understandEnglish with professional workingproficiency
- Successful candidate must belegally eligible to work in Canada; Hotel is unable to assistapplicants with Canadian workauthorization
