Accounting Administrator

About the Opportunity

• Perform data entry using accounting software for general entries

Handle accounts payable (A / P), and accounts receivable (A / R)

Issue cheques and complete bank reconciliations

Assist the Controller with preparing documents such as Excel spreadsheets, Word files, forms, and agreements

Maintain and organize files to ensure accurate record-keeping

Conduct web research and communicate with external entities and other stakeholders, to support various projects

About You

1+ years of experience of Accounting

Knowledge of MS Excel

Experience assisting with administrative duties

Post-secondary in Accounting / Finance or related is a strong asset

Experience processing payroll is nice-to-have

Salary Range

50,000 - $60,000 / year
