CCA is expanding nationally, with offices in Ontario and British Columbia, and we are growing. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-driven Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to manage our hiring and onboarding process from start to finish. This individual will play a critical role in growing our team by sourcing, screening, and helping integrate new employees into our business. You will also represent CCA at job fairs, build relationships with hiring partners, and stay on top of current hiring trends in the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create, post, and manage job postings on various platforms
- Review and evaluate incoming applications and resumes
- Conduct initial screening calls with applicants to assess qualifications and fit
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Facilitate and lead the onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork, training, and orientation activities are completed
- Ensure a detailed and structured employee ramp-up process is followed and documented
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, onboarding progress, and market hiring trends
- Represent CCA at job fairs, networking events, and industry functions to attract top talent
- Build relationships with educational institutions, training providers, and hiring partners
- Provide feedback and continuous improvement ideas on hiring and onboarding strategies
