Industrial Electrician - Automotive

You are a licensed Electrician (442A or 309A) with experience in the manufacturing sector and are confident with troubleshooting PLC’

s, robotics, and related automated equipment.

Our client stands among the industry leaders in the Automotive sector and is looking to hire an Electrician on their Afternoon OR Night shift.

They offer a strong salary and benefit package along with additional perks. PLC troubleshooting experience is required and ideally experience with preventative maintenance and breakdown response of injection molding machines, presses, and robotics.

Responsibilities include :

• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on weld / material handling robots, injection molding machines, and presses
• PLC Troubleshooting (Allen Bradley)
• Perform new installation and modification work if necessary
• Facility Maintenance experience is an asset but not required
• Breakdown response of all production machinery in the plant
• Work closely with millwrights, electricians, and automation technicians on the floor

What you bring to the table :

• Valid 442A or 309A Electrical License
• PLC troubleshooting and robotic troubleshooting experience
• Read schematic drawings to repair equipment

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Automotive industry experience

Location : Brampton

Position Type : Permanent

Shift : Afternoon (3pm to 11pm) OR Nights (11pm to 7am)

Salary / Rate : $40 / hr to $44 / hr + benefits, RRSP, bonus
