Food production - Meat department is hiring!
Agilus is recruiting for several Meat production workers in the food industry in Ottawa, Ontario.
Pay rate : 16$ / hr FULL-TIME Hours : 10am - 7pm. location : Ottawa South (Walkley)
A typical day :
- Work in the Meat department
- Comfortable working in a cold wet environment
- Cut, prepare all types of meat
- Make sausages, kabobs, roasts, and other meat products
- Working as a team to complete orders
- Must be comfortable with all kinds of meat
Successful candidates will have :
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Meat proteins exposed to are : beef, chicken, pork & turkey
- Must be available over the weekend
- Looking for long term employment
- Candidates must be reliable, hard working, fast in production
Total rewards :
- Some OT during peak periods
- Bus accessible
- Free parking on site
- Full time hours
- Lunch room has subsidized products for purchase. Coolers, microwaves etc onsite
