The Public Cloud Lead Operations AWS is ultimately responsible for supporting the administrative functions of AWS leads and opportunity operations.
This role will provide ongoing updates and communication to all required resources involved in the opportunity. They are the first respondent on all AWS referrals, coordinating and scheduling necessary resources to support any partner and customer engagements.
The 3 key measures withing the Lead Operations management process :
Maintaining enhanced response time and meeting SLA
Ensuring consistent communication and updates of internal and external systems
Establishing operational processes and executing them efficiently
What you’ll do :
- Responsible for coordinating and scheduling the proper sales & technical resources.
- Providing consistent communication to AWS partners and internal stake holders.
- Maintaining accurate and updated information across all necessary systems.
- Driving operational efficiencies in AWS lead process.
- Collaborate with supporting teams on customer engagement and opportunities.
- Track and monitor progress of AWS leads from start to end.
What you’ll bring to the table :
- 1+ year of administrative, sales or operations role
- Strong communication skills, and experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders include sales teams, vendors, and other technical resources.
- A customer first mentality, centered on ensuring best possible experience.
- A problem-solving mind that can lend itself how it can lend itself to identifying how we can improve and optimize process.
- Detailed oriented mind with focus on maintaining accurate and updated information across multiple interval and external systems.
- Comfortable with administrative functions and data entry, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and / or PowerBI
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (recommended in role)
- Highschool diploma or equivalent, preferred.
