JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals willing to work full time weekends and / or weekdays as needed.
We are offering industry leading competitive wages depending on level of experience. You must be able to maintain quality and speed of output.
Must maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety program. Maintain dish area clean and organized. Must be able to follow established sanitation standards, maintaining a clean workstation and assisting with cleaning of the overall kitchen and service areas.
Asset if you have :
- 2 years experience as a line cook
- Hospitality management diploma or a degree.
- The ability to think on your feet in fast-paced environments
- South Indian cuisine knowledge (optional)
