Job Description
Threat and Risk Assessments, Facility Security Clearance compliance in accordance with Contract Security Program (CSP) formerly Canadian Industrial Security Directorate at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)
Conversant with all associated government security policies, guidance, and standards, especially as pertains to Zoning, Security / High Security Zones, Security Management Systems (SMS), alarms, doors, locks, wall construction, etc.
Tasks will include the conduct of Threat and Risk Assessments, and Facility Security Clearance compliance
Develop security plans, policies and procedures
Job Requirements : Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years experience in Physical Security
Experience managing security projects / leading teams
Project Management experience
CPP, PSP certifications are preferred, but not necessary if supported by practical experience
Understanding and knowledge of IT Security, Personnel Security, Supply Chain / Materiel Security, Security Awareness and Training
Ability to assess security programs holistically is essential
Additional Information
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance
