Key Responsibilities :
Merchandising Excellence : Execute merchandising standards at retail locations according to Mondelez guidelines to ensure product visibility, shelf space optimization, and promotional execution.
Stock Management : Monitor and manage product inventory levels in stores, ensuring appropriate stock levels to meet consumer demand and prevent stockouts.
Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and personnel to ensure alignment on merchandising strategies, promotional activities, and product placement.
Sales : Member of a Field Sales team in driving against sales targets by implementing merchandising initiatives, selling in programs / bookings, and providing insights on market trends and competitor activities.
Data Reporting : Collect and analyze relevant sales data on product performance, market trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and recommendations to team.
Compliance and Safety : Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and merchandising guidelines, to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or customer service roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in executing sales & merchandising tasks. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for daily travel to retail locations.
