As Retail Product Manager, you will oversee retailproduct programs and drive retail sales initiatives for our network ofrehabilitation clinics across Canada.
Working alongside key stakeholders fromacross the organization, you will lead a number of initiatives focused onoptimizing our product mix, improving sales efficiency & enablement,identifying retail product growth opportunities, monitoring sales performance,liaising with vendors and facilitating regular inventory reviews.
In addition,you will devise communications channels to connect directly with our cliniciansto get their feedback on product mix and keep them informed as it relates tospecific initiatives involving their clinic.
Responsibilities :
- Create an annual retail product sales plan aligned with growth target and lead execution of the plan
- Monitor and report on retail performance on a regional and clinic level
- Analyze product usage to identify opportunities for product mix improvements and top line revenue growth
- Collaborate with Procurement and product vendors on product pricing to understand margin across the portfolio
- Conduct clinic visits regularly to gather feedback on product mix, merchandising, sales enablement and post-purchase opportunities
- Facilitate product education and training sessions to clinic teams
- Collaborate with vendors, Procurement and Clinic Operations on new product opportunities and product mix efficiencies
- Create and lead retail planograms; liaising between Marketing and Clinic Operations on campaigns
- Explore improvements to our purchase experience process, including, but not limited to gathering patient feedback on products, communications to support product use and clinical benefit
- Develop retail management standards to guide current and new clinics on optimizing retail product performance and ensuring national consistency
- Lead inventory management initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a product management, retail sales related role
- Degree in business, commerce or related field is preferred. Experience in healthcare is required; clinical product experience, particularly, in the rehabilitation, wellness space is ideal.
- Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills; advanced Excel, knowledge and use of data analytical tools such as PowerBI required
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; ability to quickly build relationships and collaborate
- Strong project management and execution skills; exceptional ability to multitask and leading cross-functional project and execution teams
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Experience in building, leading and facilitating product training / education sessions
