• Essential Functions*
• Being a kind and decent human being, be your authentic self, promote a safe and inclusive environment
• Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations
• Working together as a team, contributing to our FOUR20 culture and ensuring a safe space for all customers and employees
• Manage POS systems for transactions : sales, voids, discounts and promotions
• Responsible for open and close procedures of the store
• Be problem solvers : flexible with unforeseen situations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Curious mindset; continuous learning of Cannabis products, strains, categories and accessories
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
• Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures
• Comfortable working independently
• Leverage our best in class in-house cannabis and sales education program.

• Requirements*
• Must be of legal age and hold a license in the province of the position *Non-negotiable *

• Retail and customer service experience
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems
• Time Management Skills : Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Eager to learn and develop
• Ability to work at multiple locations will allow for more hours and development
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be physically able to pull, push and carry up to 25 lbs

Job Types : Part-time, Permanent

Pay : From $17.00 per hour
