Temp to Perm Controller
Our client is on the search for a Controller to join their team! The successful candidate will demonstrate both technical and leadership skills.
The Controller will manage the full cycle accounting along with the job costing / analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to their delivery.

Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Oversee and execute the full cycle accounting process and prepare financial statements
- Preparation of cost reporting / billing and job vs budget analysis
- Provide leadership to the finance team handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
- Perform ad-hoc, special projects, and other tasks as required
Your strengths include :
- CPA designation is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel is a must
- Strong analytical skills are required
- Self-starting personality with the curiosity to dig into details while being able to see the bigger picture
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
