Must have :
Accessibility requirements for training development for in-person, virtual, and self-study delivery - 5 years
Adobe Creative Suite experienc e - 5 years
Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology or a related field - 5 years
eLearning authoring tools such as Storyline360 and RISE360 - 5 years
Experience developing presentation and communication materials for senior management at all levels - 5 years
Instructional Design Experience - 5 years
MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint experience - 5 years
PowToon video development tool - 5 years
Project Management Experience - 5 years
Nice to have :
Knowledge of other SKUs such as Payroll, Compensation and Recruitment considered an asset.
