KeyResponsibilities
- Conductintake meetings with clients to decide on applicant skills andqualification standards asneeded.
- Manage the whole recruitingcycle for the clients needs which includes job description creationpublishing of Job Ads on different platforms targeted recruitmentinterviewing and candidatescreening.
- Manage and Update clientsof all the hiring progress forthem.
- It will be recruitmentspecialists responsibility to assist clients or client relationsmanagers at every stage of the hiring of contract workers as theorder is received.
- It will be theresponsibility of recruitment specialists to meet the present andfuture dedicated client s demand and continually develop andsustain a talentpipeline.
- TimeManagement and settingpriorities as the orders are received from clients. A recruitmentspecialist should be able to manage 3 8 orders atonce.
- Help Management in evaluatingtop personnel in light of establishedpositions.
- Conduct tests and trainworkers on guidelines provided by specificclients.
- Conduct background checksreference checks creation and maintenance of all documents will bea responsibility of the RecruitmentSpecialist.
- Assist hiring Managersand Client Relation Managers with gathering contractor time andapproving timesheets.
- Recruitcollege university and other educational institution graduates whenneeded.
- As the order will bereceived it will be a responsibility of the recruitment specialistto examine the database for having registered candidates availablefor work schedule interviews if needed and place thepersonnel.
- Follow up and informcandidates of the selection process its outcomes and accordinglymake an employment offer.
- BriefManagers and other additional new staff members in the recruitmentdepartment on hiringPractices.

- Knowledge of variousapplicant tracking systems and resumedatabase.
- Experience working withZOHO RECRUIT will be aplus.
- Knowledge of MicrosoftOffice.
- Outstanding interpersonaland communication skills will be aplus.
- Setting prioritiestimemanagement and organizational skills aremust.
- Experience and knowledge ofbuilding a network from scratch through differentstrategies.
- Willing to work weekendsand overtime asnecessary.
- Permission to work inCanada.
- A graduate or Diploma holderin Human Resources Management or relevantfield.

Fluent English, Russian / Ukrainian language isa huge plus. Permission to work in Canada.
