Business Development Manager
Territory - Canada
Our client is a distributor of aerospace products. They consider themselves a top solutions provider in this field and are looking for a Business Development Manager to cover Canada.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and growing the market presence within Canada.
The ideal candidate will be based either in Ontario or Quebec.

Responsibilities
- Prospect, cold call, develop and close new business - Canadian aerospace sector
- Manage existing relationships - RFPs, Bids, etc.
- Maintain a strong sales funnel with a focus on activity to ensure sales targets and goals are met.
- Familiarizing oneself with market conditions, industry, and competitor standards
- Participate and collaborate with the sales team for ongoing efforts to meet the organization's business objectives
- Present product information regarding features, benefits, and new product / service offerings to customers
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in a B2B sales role ideally in the aerospace field / sector
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry including key players, market trends, and regulations
- Post-secondary, ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- A self-starter who is results-driven, competitive, professional, and a team player
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and other related programs
- Solid track record of sales results
- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
