Team Lead - Georgian Bay Region - Kognitive Sales Solutions
Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Sales Leader who will be the next Team Leader in our Georgian Bay Ontario region.

This role is a hybrid between a Team Lead and a Sales Representative.
Job location : various locations across Georgian Bay ( Barrie, Orillia, Wasaga, Bradford, Newmarket, Collingwood, Alliston, Innisfil etc)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading in-field sales team of 4-6 Field Marketing Representatives.
- Training new reps, coaching, mentoring and supporting with your teams growth.
- Responsible for reporting results to Management Team.
- Complete Motivation Trackers and Coaching Forms, and any other duties assigned.
- Attend a weekly zoom call with your team to discuss their successes and provide information on new initiatives.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.
- Drive sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client’s product.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.

Qualifications :
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Minimum 6 months of leadership experience, preferably in sales, with proven track record of sales growth and team building
- Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, with good communication and collaboration skills and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have access to a vehicle
- Must be able to travel across Northern Ontario region to various store locations.
