We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Mechanic to join our team. As a Licensed Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles and equipment.
You will work with a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and heavy-duty equipment. We are looking for someone who has a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Responsibilities :
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on vehicles and equipment
- Inspect and test vehicles to identify any potential issues or future maintenance needs
- Perform maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical problems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance performed, and parts used
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Valid Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification (310S or 310T)
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Licensed Mechanic
- Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Experience working with a variety of vehicles and equipment
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
