- Developing on site plans and procedures for ICI building projects
- Maintain a high level of health and safety on the job site
- Coordinating and monitoring the activities of sub-trades, supplies and labor materials
- Creating and updating progress schedules
- Preparing regular job reports for job meetings
- Making sure the job is completed on time and under / on budget
- Communicating with all stakeholders involved

- 10+ years progressive construction experience mainly with ICI construction management firms in the GTA
- Experience overseeing multiple full cycle Health care, Hospital, University, or Government facility renovation / new build projects.
- Experience in both Renovation and New Build ICI construction projects ranging in value from $5M-$30M
- Post-secondary diploma in a construction related discipline
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Knowledge of different construction methods, sequencing, potential problems, and timelines
- Knowledge of relevant construction law and building code
