About the Role :
As a Level 2 IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT environments.
You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with the team, and deliver exceptional IT services.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Support : Provide advanced technical support to clients, resolving complex issues efficiently and effectively.
Handle escalations from Level 1 support, manage service tickets, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Network Management : Assist in configuring, monitoring, and optimizing network systems to deliver reliable and secure connectivity.
Hyper-V and Azure : Support virtual environments using Hyper-V and cloud platforms like Azure.
Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
Preferred Experience with :
Advanced Technical Troubleshooting : Proficient in efficiently resolving complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Network Management : In-depth knowledge of network configurations, monitoring, and optimization within the MSP landscape, with a focus on delivering reliable and secure connectivity.
IT MSP Experience : Demonstrated experience working within an IT Managed Service Provider environment, understanding the dynamics and demands of managed IT services.
Customer Service : Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management.
Incident Management : Proactive approach to incident management, minimizing service disruptions and swiftly resolving issues to uphold the high standards of MSP service delivery.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security measures.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
