Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to provide quality service to clients across Canada and the United States.
If you have experience in customer service and are looking for a long-term position, this opportunity is for you!You will work on-site once a month, with initial in-person training for 2 to 3 weeks.
Main Responsibilities : - Respond to client inquiries, provide quotes, enter orders, and handle questions professionally and promptly- Track orders and inform clients of any changes- Coordinate with internal teams (transport, planning, engineering, sales)- Create and manage records in NetSuite to address client issues and requests- Basic understanding of EDI order processingDesired Profile : - 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or logistics environment- Client-oriented with strong problem-solving skills- Work on-site once a month, with initial in-person training for 2 to 3 weeks- Must be able to travel to the Candiac office 1 to 2 times per week as neededLanguage Requirements : English- Required Proficiency Level : Advanced- Reason for Language Requirements : Communication with clients, internal team collaboration, support of operations in other regions, relationships with partners or stakeholders of various cultures, customer support- Frequency of Use : Constantly (for nearly all tasks)Benefits Offered : - Salary of $27 to $28 per hour based on experience and training- 7 sick days per yea- Deferred Profit Sharing Plan with employer contributions up to 5%- Comprehensive group insurance (life, medical, and dental) after 3 months- Free snacks and coffee- Employee assistance program- Career development planReady to give your career a new boost?
